Exceeded Expectations

I hired Michelle to do a graphic job for me where she was to take my conceptual drawing (aka stick figures) and make it more palatable for publication. She did such a fantastic job that I have hired her back for several other jobs. I have high expectations and am often ambiguous with my directions. She is excellent at teasing out the details from ambiguous instructions and exceeding my expectations.
