Exceeded Expectations

I hired Michelle to do a graphic job for me where she was to take my conceptual drawing (aka stick figures) and make it more palatable for publication. She did such a fantastic job that I have hired her back for several other jobs. I have high expectations and am often ambiguous with my directions. She is excellent at teasing out the details from ambiguous instructions and exceeding my expectations. She is kind and gentle and has a very pleasant way of imposing design principles so that the finished product is fantastic. Michelle is my "go to" person for all of my graphic design work.

Objectives Met

Michelle at Xpression Designs took into consideration not only the multifaceted audiences that the Catalina Island Conservancy's website served but also the backend maintenance needs of our staff. They were able to meet all of the objectives of the project.
